Service Update: March 2021

Repair drop off & collection

We’re following the latest guidance from the government to help keep you and us safe.

We’re asking that you contact us in advance of dropping off or collecting any repairs.

Getting in touch is simple - just give us a call or send us an email via our contact form. Just let us know when you’d like to pop in and we’ll confirm this with you.

This means if you need to speak to one of our specialist engineers, we can make sure they’re available to speak to you or go through any questions you may have.

Want to drop something off/collect a repair and don’t need to speak to anyone?

If you just want to drop off a machine or collect it, there’s always someone in the office (during office hours) who will be able to give you your equipment or collect a repair.

The new normal

Most of our staff are continuing to work from home. We’ve found this works well and are able to operate as normal with no disruption to how we work. We will always have at least one member of staff based in the office, so we can accept deliveries and repairs.

We will continue to carry out repairs and upgrades in our office, as we have the specialist tools and equipment available to us (such as Electrostatic Discharge mats to protect your equipment during repair).

Can’t visit? Are you shielding?

If you are unable to visit us to bring a machine in for repair, we may be able to arrange collection or an on-site repair. We can arrange to drop off or collect equipment from your doorstep. Please see below for more information.

Need help working from home?

If you need any help working from home, please do get in touch and we can offer support and advise based on our personal experience and from working with our clients.

Site visits

We’re still carrying out site visits with some extra precautions to keep us both safe:

  • We’ll wear masks throughout the duration of our visit

  • We’ll disinfect any contact points and your equipment

  • We’d ask that you keep a two metre distance wherever possible

  • You must wear a mask if you’re in the same room as our staff. If you’re exempt, we’ll ask you to stay in another room during our visit to help keep both parties safe

  • If we’re collecting or dropping off equipment, we can drop or collect equipment to your doorstep. We’ll ring your phone number and then step back so you can collect it, contact free!
