OMSUK understands that discussions and technical work can involve commercially sensitive, confidential and security-related information.

We are happy to enter into a mutual non-disclosure agreement where this is appropriate. Our standard agreement protects confidential information disclosed by both parties and limits its use to the agreed business purpose.
